On May 30-31, 2024, Bangkok Synthetics Co., Ltd. (BST) and BST Elastomers Co., Ltd. (BSTE) organized a field trip for the Public Relations and Environmental Committee in Chonburi Province. The visit was led by Mr. Viroj Lertslak, Plant Manager of BST SITE 1, and Mr. Chatchawan Khantathatbamrung, Plant Manager of NBL SITE 2. The team was also joined by Mr. Somkiat Boonsuksri, Sustainable Development Manager, and Mr. Chakaj Pattanasri, Director of the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate Office. Executives, employees, government representatives, community leaders, and community representatives from the surrounding areas participated in the event.

The committee meeting, often referred to as the Tripartite Committee, aimed to present project progress, coordinate environmental issue resolutions, and address community complaints resulting from project operations. The goal was to foster understanding, build trust, and promote sustainable coexistence. The atmosphere was warm and familial, as participants felt like members of one big family. This activity, held every two years, aims to share new knowledge and apply it within the community.

These goals aim to improve people's lives without harming the planet and leaving no one behind, while also preparing for changes.
